Where does Afia's Leaf ship?
Afia's Leaf currently ships to the 50 states, including US territories and Canada. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, and remote areas of Canada

Shipping to the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
Shipping is FREE for orders over $50
We ship all orders at this time through USPS-Priority, Standard mail, or UPS. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. During high peak times such as Black Friday and Christmas, orders will ship out within a week. We will have items processed as fast as possible.**

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories will be at least 20 days**
Orders processed after 5pm will be started the next business day.**
I'm having problems with the tracking?
Sometimes the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via email@example.com. We can get an answer for you.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
No refunds on Pre-sale items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the seal still in contact.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
To return your product, you should email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
